Ratings and Zeroes Question

I have this rookie in the 1992 roster (old historical roster, not the new ones).

He's rated 19/70 at RT.

But his run block and pass block ratings are 0/56 and 0/88.

No matter how much PT I give him, those zeroes are never going to go up, are they?

Thanks in advance

No, you should see some development there either during training camp or if you give him some playing time.

What you're thinking of is where a player has a rating of 0 (in both red and green) in a particular rating (i.e. a void) - this is where there is no chance for his rating to improve. The guy you have will have pretty significant green bars - he might not develop to exactly the level the green bar indicates, but the green usually means that there is potential for future development.
