Best Way to Sim
Is there a quick way to put together 20-30 years of history? I've found that even with all the settings turned on, that the team I'm "running" quickly goes to the bottom of the pile without at least some hands on management.

Nope.
I've run 20 years and my team is near the bottom but not the worst. Which is fine as you want something to improve on. |
