If I'm moving a game to a new pc, I backup the entire FOF 2k7 folder.

On the new pc, I install the game and then copy that backed up folder and overwrite the new one.

I just moved to a new computer and did the following:

1. Unlicensed FOF on my old computer.
2. Reinstalled/licensed FOF on new computer.
3. Copied the universe folder to my new computer.
4. Loaded images, addons, etc. to new computer.
