Double Dutch?

Flipping through the TV and I came across the Double Dutch Jump Rope Championships on ESPN2. I really think this belongs on "The Ocho".

There was one woman who is 30. The show started at 1:00 CST and I've still got it on. I'm trying to see how this is a sport, though the freestyle competition is fairly impressive.
