Wanted .. Solevision drama !
How about some first down measurements ? Maybe some kind of a grey area when the yards gained is exactly the distance for the first down. Seems every time I see a gain that equals the YTG, it's a first.
IE (with 10 yds to go so I can talk numbers ), possibly change the yards gained for some 9 yarders to 10 so that when it's measured it comes up short - and toss in some measurements on the 10 yarders & voila ... we have more drama !! ![]() |

LOL. Ask and you shall receive !! Well, I don't have measurements - but woo-hoo - drama !
Tie game ... 4th quarter; 12 seconds left; opponents ball on their 44; 3rd and 5 ....... Houston: Single-Back formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 and 2-deep man-to-man coverage, expecting the pass. 3-5-HOU44 (4Q: 00:12) John Hadl pass was intended for WR Ken Burrough and was intercepted by CB Mike Williams at the SDO43. The interception was returned 57 yards for a TOUCHDOWN! San Diego 27, Houston 21 |

The play by play could definitly be spiced up ala OOTP. (Highlighting great plays, measurements, brain cramps on the field, red flag players yelling at teamates).

Jim needs to take a que from APBA computer football. That game had some of the best play-by-play text of any football sim game.
