Roster Strength

What does this mean, in the end of year evaluation? I've played through career mode for 40 years at this point, and never been above 20. I've won a bunch of bowl games, and I have a hard time thinking that a team that goes 18-1 has a "roster strength" of 15.

Your roster strength correlates to how good your players are...in a somewhat non-deductive way. The better your players, the lower your score will be. If you have really bad players you'll have a higher Roster Strength score. It makes sense when you consider that if you win the FOF Championship with bad players, shouldn't your overall score be better?

That must be a scary good team you have there - my usual Roster score in my current dynasty is between 80 and 85, and that's usually with a roster that's rated at 100 in the Franchise Value screen (although next team down is usually somewhere above 80).

I thought FOF was a game from the perspective of GM, as well as your score. You're train of thought would make sense if it was from a coaching perspective - but as a GM; you're score should be HIGHER for gathering more talented players.
