Disgruntled Mentor ?

Gus Frerotte is a backup QB and he's disgruntled with PT. Problem is that he's also a mentor --- what to do ? Do those two traits cancel out eachother or should he be cut? THANKS!

I believe the "disgrunteld" label (and spiraling downward to "angry" and "livid" and so on) only affects his displeasure with playing time, and his likelihood of re-signing or renegotiating a new contract with you. (I confess that I'm not reading game documentation to support this, so if there's something to refute this, I'll change my view)
