Can Dogs Smell Crazy?

Discuss. The reason I ask is that my dog is extremely sweet natured towards humans normally, but twice she has gotten agressive, barking, stance, etc., towards people. This is out and about, not near the homestead. In both cases, the individuals were obvious nutcases, possibly violent ones, as evidenced by their reaction (ranting and raving) to the situation.

I'm considering leasing her to the FBI to hunt down serial killers.

Possibly, but they can definitely sense fear... which may explain the ranting and raving as the dog they are scared shitless off is going beserk at them

I'd like to borrow that dog to let it sniff a few of my ex-girlfriends...

Dunno... but after running like hell to get my yard mowed before the rainstorm hit today, my pits sure smelled crazy!

I don't know that they smell crazy, but dogs definately pick up on body language.

Hey, if dogs can smell cancer, I see no reason why they couldn't smell crazy.

These were people with "do not disturb" signs hanging around their necks.

I read that not only can a dog smell your soup, but they can smell every individual ingredient in the soup.
