Running Plays

[FFL Buffalo Bills]

In a teams scouting box where they show you a teams running locations,
Example: Left 100 plays,Middle190 plays,Right 115 plays...

Are left and right running plays considered outside the ends and inside the tackles...OR is it inside the tackles and outside the guards...

Are middle plays considered inside the guards only or would it be outside the guards and inside the tackles..
