Must not really want to rent it...
This has got to be the rudest ad on Craigslist I've ever seen for a rental property.
hxxp://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/apa/324297429.html I understand wanting to make sure as best as you can that you don't rent to someone who's going to trash the place and all the other 'risks' involved in renting a house, apartment, etc...But do you really want to let everyone know that you are a complete pain in the ass landlord? I really feel like calling them every 5 minutes or so asking them if it's still available or is the price negotiable. Maybe it's just me, but, it's just plain rude, man.
