Special Teams/No Special Teams
If I want a player to play on special teams, the button should say Spec.Teams, correct?
If I dont want a player playing on special teams it should say no spec.team?? I think I am overthinking this and got myself confused this morning Thanks for the help |

Well, actually, no, I don't think so -- I think you have it backwards.
Players default to "encouraged." That means they will play on special teams, if appropriate. When your player is slotted this way, it will say so in the middle section, right underneath "Scouted Rating." And when he is set to "encouraged" then your button reads "No Spec. Tm." -- to indicate that is your other option, and you shoudl click that button to pull that player off your ST units. If you do so, his listing will switch to "Not encouraged" and the button text will read "Spec. Tm." The button text is essentially telling you the other status that you may choose for the player -- just like Activate/Inactive does. Last edited by QuikSand : 05-06-2007 at 08:17 AM. |

Sorry, I misread. I thought that you had already clicked the button and it had said Spec. teams. Quik is right, when the button on the player card says "Spec.Teams" that means that your player is currently not playing on special teams. When the button says No Spec.Team, that means that your player is currently (before pressing the button) playing special teams. |
