Any other Commissioners receiving this message since conversion or patch?

I had an instance of it last week but disregarded it due to the fact that the GM had upgraded to 6.0e and I had not at the time. However, it happened again today with the same team, even though I'm now on 6.0e as well.

I've sent an e-mail with the files in question to Solecismic, but I wondered if anyone else has seen anything similar.
