Tracking the development of players is very important in Front Office Football as once a trend is identified, there can be an expectation that a player is likely to continue to develop along that path for some period of time. However, FOF 2007 does not include any internal tracking of player development that can be seen by the user. Fortunately, Primelord created a handy tool for tracking player changes that is a great aid to any serious GM. The use of this tool involves printing the roster screen to a file to create a snapshot (which is explained in detail in the reference thread here on FOFC) at least for 2 discreet points in time, and then using Primelord's program to compare two snapshots. There are generally at least 5 points where it is helpful to use the change tracker: The very beginning of season, the beginning of the first FA period, immediately before training camp, immediately after training camp, and at the end of the season. The change tracker can be found in the download section of the board, but here is a direct link:

For several seasons I didn't use this tool for MP play.I don't know how I got by without it. It is a great, easy to use tool.

And if I ever get some time it could be far more useful.

How do I use this utility. I downloaded it, and I don't know wtf I am doing with it. It sounds very helpful, and I would like to use it. Thanks.

That thread should tell you everything you need, and give you a newer and easier-to-use version to boot! Good luck.
