They're doing a thing called the "Members' Project" which basically has to do with determining where AmEx is going to donate about $5 million, and it seems like Greensburg, KS - which got virtually destroyed by an F5 tornado a while back - could use that.

How it works is, based on the ratings the ideas receive, the list is going to get narrowed down from however many are out there now to 40, and then cardholders get to vote on that final 40.
