the Arizona State alumni association is running an ASU plate contest. Go to the site and vote for my plate. I'm the 4th one down GIVML. It stands for Give 'Em Hell as in Give 'Em Hell Devils from the ASU fight song.

Driving to work 20 miles one way means I fill up once a week and as I'm sure everyone here knows $50-$60 dollars a week adds up that is for sure.

Yep, and that was definetly the best we've hit all year. It was a tough break for those kids to have to sit around and wait so long for their game to start.

can't blame the delay on it though as both teams had to sit through it. Your team not only smacked the ball all around, but played great defense too. That's why OSU is #2 in def and ASU is #1 it's hard to get stuff by the infield.

we'll you won't be seeing us tomorrow as we lost this one...Irvine is toast tomorrow though as we would have been as all the pitchers both teams used leaves only the batting practice guy to get either an out.

If it helps at all every Beaver fan I know was pulling pretty hard for Irvine to win. As cold as they were, nobody wanted to see those ASU bats again. And you even took them extra innings, which we appreciate

And look on the bright side, now you can devote all your time to watching a Dennis Erickson run program. It is truly a sight to behold: you have a chance to win any game, you have a chance to lose any game, and most importantly any player at any time can commit a felony. Man I miss that guy. Its worth going to games just to watch him go ape shit crazy on the sidelines when he thinks a call went against him.

it says only one vote per person will be counted, but I'm not sure how they are going to determine that.

well I got an e-mail from ASU letting me know I won. I just have to prove that I own the plate via fax tomorrow and it will be announced.

There were over 2,000 votes in the contest and I got the most so thanks to everyone who voted for me.
