U-20 Squad

So how are the U-20 teams picked? Does the National Coach pick the teams, does the HT engine select the players or some other means?

I have a 17 year old & 56 days....he is going to be(not quite yet) Outstanding in PM while 17, Solid in Set Pieces, Inad Winger, Spec. Unpredictable.

Is he a U-20 Candidate?

The U-20 coach picks the teams but there's an elaborate political network of scouts and whatnot vying for spots.

As for what level constitutes a U-20 player, no idea.

Sounds like he might be a candidate in two seasons if he trains well.

I pulled a 17 year old excellent scorer at the end of the season. Fortunately, he's still 17 and change. He's already sold, but I'm alright with it.

Tracking their team through the qualifying round and giving us a report on their players and tendancies/tactics on the weeks of our matches against them.

I could, but do you seriously believe they'll make it past the qualifier?

No, I don't forsee having a problem beating them in the qualifying round. However, we are trying to get more people involved and if there is some kind of scouting report to read they are more likely to stay tuned in.
