7/23/07 Coaches' Corner
Today's column is inspired by a question asked by a player new to the series in another thread. The question was about how much to run behind a dominant side of the line. Clearly, the game punishes the user "for going to the well too often" and one of the strategies that helps in the game is attempting to find how far you can play to your strengths without getting penalized for being too predictable. This applies to all aspects of the game: run direction, pass distances, pass coverages, etc. A good starting point for all of these areas of the game can be found by using the recommend button, and then tweaking as needed.

Is there an article that's supposed to go with this or is it just supposed to be a little tidbit of insight?

That's where I found this thread. This is all that's in it though. Just wondering if there was supposed to be something more to it.

Most of the time I highlight a thread for further discussion, but in this particular column, I was just offering a tiny bit of insight with no referenced thread.
