EFL looking for help - draft utility and upload utility

Ok all you savvy computer people.

My name is Fred and I am an owner in the EFL (Eastside Football League).

Shakes is our commissioner, currently he uses smartftp to update the site and such.

We are looking for help in getting a draft utility and upload utility and need help installing said tools.

If there is anyone that can please help it would be greatly appreciated.
