I emailed him a month or so ago, but got no response.

I *believe* he's okay, though, as recent KC area homebuying articles were still quoting him. Ones written in june or july, anyways.

Yeah, I've missed his commentary as I thought he was always one of the more insightful posters on the board.

He was very active in the RWBL for several (real life) years and then just disappeared. I sent him a message a few months ago, but never heard back.

Hopefully he is alright.
