Keeper League Draft Question

Just curious what kind of drafting system you guys use in keeper league? I know the FOFC Keeper League uses a serpentine in reverse order of finish. We do the same thing in another league I'm in.

However, a league member has brought up that they think the only fair drafting system for a keeper league is a "one way" draft instead of serpentine. So in a 12-team league, the last place guy would get picks 1, 13, etc... instead of 1, 24, etc.

Thoughts?

I think it would depend on the number of keepers. Keeping only three, your putting the teams that preform well the previous year at a huge disadvantage. I'd go "one way" if it was a full keeper league.

We keep two guys. One is for a year, and the other is for more than a year.
