The league name (especially the abbreviation) is a bit confusing, the CFL is one of the oldest (if not the oldest) FOF leagues out there.

I know the cFL is confusing but I have begun to lower case my "c" instead of all upper case. I know its confusing and I'm not trying to copy anything they have (in fact I knew nothing about them). My main concern is that its not the same name. I don't want to go back and change everything in my site to match a new acronym nor do I want to go through and change all of my logos. I apologize for any confusion.

listen, i'm interested in this league but i want to make a few changes. ok, big changes, but it might be really cool. many people in FOFC are in a league already, some even multiple leagues, and they all feel the same. i want to do a league where i'm the commish and i will essentially be "God". i will release info on the players like "Joe Smith, of the NY Giants, was arrested last night due to DUI". i had a league like this before, but since it came out too late after all these other leagues were established it never made it past season 1. i think it could work. if your player gets suspended or arrested or whathaveyou, you'd find out about in from the front page articles i'll write and then you'd need to bench the guy for however many guys i decide the guy is out for. wouldn't that be awesome to be able to simulate Mike Vick's dogfighting scandal. that kind of stuff never happens in these multi-player leagues.

also, 3 games a week is too much. especially with mid-week sims, people will need to be exporting basically everyday.

let me know if you want to consider implementing my idea. i don't want to own a team, i want to control a league and sim reality. your league is so new and so unfilled that you might as well try a different take on MP leagues in order to generate some interest.

A couple things....

I don't want 15 superstars "arrested" each year. Stuff like Vick doesn't happen every year. There is a program out there for OOTP that actually does this.

I appreciate the input but we are at 22 owners, we only need 10 more guys. If you can elaborate on this more then I will consider it but I need to know specifics and what not. As for the sims, I will cut it down to 2 sims a week. I understand you on that regard.

Catch me on aol or email to talk more about your idea.

well, it wouldn't happen all the time. but there would be cases like the Bengals (lots of players having off-the-field problems), cases like Terrell Owens who make problems on teams. articles featuring bits from outspoken guys like Warren Sapp or Tiki Barber who trash the play of their QB or the coach. stuff like that to make it interesting and inject a real world feel. that way its about more than just bars and stats. its about players and the media.
