APEC has taught me one thing: The US government has invented a weather machine. As soon as the main road was blocked off for Bush and his entourage to drive along, it started to rain quite heavily and a thick fog built up. Within 5 minutes of them having passed the rain cleared and the fog dissapeared.
A very ominous procession.
