New Paradox title announced....
Its gonna be Rome! Here is the link, http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...d.php?t=324870
Sounds pretty cool to me. Especially since it seems to be adding a Ck type system to it also. |

Paradox is the modern day MicroProse for me. Their games are must buys.

Im thankful for a new game but it looks kind of cheesy with the new graphics. Ah well, it's a must buy anyhow

I'm going to wait and see with this one. While I loved EU, the game play seemed too easy if you were a major power.

Not really. There were reasons why Western Germany was a group of little petty independent stats and were not taken over by France by 1635, etc. I wish there was a way they could have incorporated the board game's diplomatic system a little better into the computer version. The board game had limits on what you could do as far as conquering and annexing areas. I think that would work much better given the AI's (in)abilities. |
