Identifying Under Rated/Very Under Rated?

I've read Sky Dog's postings about the importance of identifing and drafting UR/VUR players.

Are there any tips/insights that can help increase the odds of "finding" these type of players PRIOR to the actual interview process?

Combine scores "look" better than the ratings,... % developed in say the 20-30% range...others?

Scout ratings...both young talent and position specfic ratings come into play? Assuming my YT is very good, am I more likely to ID these players if my Receivers rating is very good vs. average?

Basically...how can I max my chances with the 60 interviews to find these guys?

TXS

I haven't noticed anything that makes these guys (UR/VUR) stick out....

Looks like it's just a shot in the dark...

I think this is one area the grade is a bit useful for. Guys with low bars that are rated highly in the grade / adjusted rating are more likely to be listed as very underrated. Guys that have great bars but aren't graded are more likely to be considered overrated.

And why should they share??

With MP leagues it is definitely a competitive advantage to understand the way the draft works and now that Jim has made it easier to spot combine heroes...the advantage for some has just been diminished, BIG TIME!!!

I'm not draft a genious and would love to see concrete, can't miss, info on how to pick a winner but I highly doubt you'll find that here...either because it doesn't exist (that's what I believe as there still has to be a random elment to the game as there is in real life) or because somebody is sitting on a gold mine...which I wouldn't fault them for it.

I know, but I was trying to guilt someone INTO sharing.....

Yeah, money would help ;D Seriously, I found FOF 2004 way too easy to draft great players - just look at the combine. Not so simple this time, combines are still the best way to go in my view but the guys that were dropping don't anymore as they are higher up the board in terms of grade so its more obvious who will be good, and who won't.

Work out what bars are important to you, then look how they correlate with the combine score.
