Tough one for me, but you really have to go with Zep's enormous library of work. Jimi's flashes of amazing brilliance were surrounded by a lot of uninspired fare, IMHO.

True, but the way this tournament is worded gives a definite advantage to completely dead acts.

Zeppelin in concert feels like something I could still see sometime in 2008 if I really wanted to. But Hendrix, presumably in his prime on a good night? I'd take that in a heartbeat.

Agreed, and that's why I'm typically opting for older acts since the opportunity to see them in their prime also means that I have the ability to time travel back to the 60s. Which is pretty cool b/c I've heard that love was free back then.

Really tough one. I'm going with Jimi only because I saw the Page & Plant show when it passed through the area about 10 years ago, giving me some approximation of a live Zeppelin show.

Damn, hell of a round two matchup. Had to go with Led Zeppelin in the end, they just have so damn many good songs.
