hoopsguy's Face The Board Questions

The next participant is a regular in the Werewolf circles. He can usually be seen at night in the streets of Chicago terrorizing hapless villagers, but when morning arrives, he can successfully deflect any blame or wrong doing, regardless of what Blade6119 says of him.

Okay, I know many of the Off-Topicers won't know WTF I am talking about, but that's okay. I don't know what I am saying either. So just ask away.

Oh and:
VOTE LATHUM

As usual, all questions will run until Monday and if there are any questions asked after that, he can answer them if he chooses to do so.

Is being a father everything you had hoped? Favorite and least favorite parts?

There will be more questions later. Oh yes.

What's a goal you have for WW that you have yet to accomplish?

What poker players do you respect?

How much poker are you playing since becoming a daddy anyway?

Greatest joy of being a father?

Worst part of living in a suburb no one who lives by me has ever heard of.

What are your predictions for Big 10 and National Champion this year?

I reserve the right to ask other questions.

Do you think you could be a villager and fake-reveal as a wolf and still live?

I think the WW players have taken over FTB. Sooner or later it was bound to happen.

- So, uh... you like basketball?

- If you were exiled from the state you live in now and were forced to live in one of the following states, which would you choose and why: Nebraska, South Dakota, Montana, or Vermont.

- Top three favorite websites outside of FOFC?

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Next time you're a wolf and I'm a villager will you just tell me in the sly so I look incredibly smart?

Have you ever cried?

Do you consider yourself more conservative or liberal? (Not that anyone should ever label themselves as one or the other completely, imo)

What kind of music do you like?

What are your top 3 movies/books/songs?

What's your happiest day ever?

Um Cam, this is the 2nd WW player in a row to have a FTB. We previously had a run of 4 in a row with Dodgerchic, Lathum, Ardent, and Schmidty. And technically the next couple had played in a game or two.

hoopsguy makes the 42nd FTB participant. Out of those 42, only 7 of them play WW on a semi-regular basis (myself included). I didn't count ppl that have played under 5 games... I know Neuqua and Izulde have played before, but don't know how many.

Anyway, it's not nearly as many as you think Cam. Check the FOFC FTB wiki in my sig for a full list.

My point Cam is that we had a run of WW players and no one noticed because WW players are a part of this board and some are well known names.

The last posts were not even questions, you post whores!

Anyhow, I've got a couple:

When certain people post messages on FOFC, do you hear them talking in a specific voice? If so, who are the posters and what voice are they speaking in?

You've been a member of FOFC since the beginning, yet you haven't posted much since lately. Do you still play FOF and what version do you think is the best?

What game is the most involving and fun that you've ever played?

I'm sure you're much more than a WW player. I know I'd hate being pegged like that.

Does it bug you that we still have people nicknamed OJ or Juice? It bugs me. We should retire that whole set of nicknames, Simpson screwed it all up.

Not a question: I seriously considered, as a joke, editing Illinois' top qbs name to "Jeff George" in the bb-bbcf.

How did it feel to taste defeat against me in our very first poker game?

Has anyone told you that you look like Sean Bean?

Is Lathum a ladies man?

If yes, will his status as a married individual change the fact that he is a ladies man?

If no, what does he have to do to become one?

What is the best day of your life so far?

What is the worst day of your life so far?

Do you think your skill in Werewolf has taken the fun out of the game for you, considering you are probably the very first scan for each game?

Who do you fear the most in Werewolf if you're a villager? If you're a wolf?

What is the best werewolf game that you've played?

Who is the most volatile Werewolf player?

Who would you love to see play Werewolf?

Why is Werewolf the best thing about the FOFC forums?

What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?

What is the question to life, the universe, and everything?

Hypothetical situation: A 5-on-5 game is to be played for your life... NBA rules. You can only select current NBA players, You get the very first pick. Who do you choose, and why?

Will the Boston Celtics win the NBA Title?

Will the Chicago Bulls recover from this slump?

Will the Bulls finally trade for Kobe?

Is Illinois sports doomed to never taste championship gold again?

Have you ever seen a tornado?

Given the choice to change one thing in your life, what would it be? And no, changing nothing is not an option.

Do you plan on adopting again?

Who is a better dramatic actor: Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey?

Do you know what balut is? Would you like some?

How many hours of work do you put in on an average day?

Are you happy with your job right now?

How much did it make you chuckle that I was driving a Dodge Neon during the meet-and-greet?

How did you find the FOFC?

How would you fix the Chicago Bears?

What makes Cubs fans better than Sox fans?

Hypothetically, you are to be sent into outerspace for the rest of your life and you can only watch one movie over and over again. What would it be?

Sports questions:

I always assumed you were a basketball fan from your name. Is your preference Pro or college bball? I assume you were a big Bulls fan during Jordan's amazing run, but what college do you pull for?
I know in the BB-BBCF league you are running Illinois for football, is that who you graduated from, or is it who you root for due to a lack of other choices?
What other sports besides Hoops are you a fan of? What teams do you root for in those sports?
Do you or did you ever play any sports competitively in school or work leagues?

Game questions:

We talked alot about playing Titan Quest together, but never got around to it. Do you still play Titan Quest often, or have you put it off for newer and better games?
What are your most commonly played games currently?
How has having a child affect your ability to play games regularly? Are you able to play any game consistantly enough to keep a good flow to it, or do you find it spotty at best?
What is your most anticipated upcoming game that you are looking forward to?

What is your favorite text sim?

Paper or plastic?

Oblivion or Half-Life?

Beatles or Stones?

What is your stance on homosexual necrophiliac ducks?

Apple or Orange?

Real-time or turn-based?

What is the most annoying trend in WW?

What trend would you most like to see develop in WW?

How long do you think it will be until we lynch you as a villager just to end that goddamn streak?

Do you have a degree? In what?

Blond, brunette or redhead?

Will you buy Ardent a hat? (it was coming sooner or later)
