Ok, heres the scenario. I'm in a career IDP league. I got offered Peyton Manning (213.40 pts)and Urlacher(145.00 pts) for Derek Anderson(231.35 pts) and Moss(220.40 pts)
My other qbs are Trent Edwards and JP Losman. My leftover wrs are Booker, Colston, Glenn, Hester, Jenkins, Matt Jones, Parrish and Webb.My LBs are Dansby, Bailey,Danny Clark,Diggs,Hawk, Poppinga Schlegel, Pozluszny and Seau. Waiver Pickins' are bare in all positions except CB and S. Think this is a decent offer? For the 1st time ever i'm having a hard time deciding . Help |

I think I would do it but I would immediately turn around and trade a LB for a better WR.

Are you playing for this year or the future? I don't know where Anderson will be in two years.

Im 5-5 so far. I think i wanna tank to get a better 1st. I m def. playing for the future. Theres no way to upgrade my horrific rb corps(yes, they are worse than the decrepid wr's I possess) next draft if i stay even. Even if I lose the rest i might be able to get a 2nd tier rb if im lucky. |

The general rule in a multiplayer trade is to get the best name in the trade. I think you're doing that.

I didn't the offer, but should I have accepted D. Anderson for Braylon Edwards in a single season league (me getting Anderson). THis is an 18 team league, btw.
I just boosted my WR corps by trading E. Graham (whose about to split time) for D. Bowe. I start three WR b/c I have two RB's right now (E. James and J. Chatman). I have Bowe, Harrison, D. Bennett, A. Battle, and M. Muhammad. I ultimately didn't take the trade b/c of Harrison's status and because I picked up Garrard a few weeks ago and he's now playing. |

I think I'd take the deal. As was pointed out, you get the best single player in the trade, and I don't see the Colts offense crashing in the next few years with Wayne and Addai (barring some kind of cap hell on the line).

My league gives 6 points either throwing or receiving, so Anderson/Edwards would be kind of a wash. I lucked out and grabbed Anderson on waivers week 2, dropping Bulger.
