FOFC Hattrick Website
Guys, after giving dacman's nice and shiny Hattrick brackets a look over in the Dynasty forum, I had an idea. What about creating a FOFC Hattrick website where each FOFC member can list his team and also list the roster/headlines, etc.? I don't know if there's any interest for this, but I think something like this would enhance our Hattrick experience. I don't think it'd be hard to put together and it could really be something that we could all get into and contribute to. What say ye, oh FOFC Hattrick brethren?

I was going to do this with my Sidekicks, but the rosters and info would have to be updated each week, and I'm just too lazy for that
![]() Good idea though. I'm sure others will be less lazy than me ![]() |

I think its a great idea. Having said that, between Hattrick itself, my own teams website, other games, and real life. I don't see me being able to keep my team up to date on such a site, and fear some other owners would be in the same boat.

I don't know the structure of a *.hrf file created in HAM, but if you could upload one of those to a script, then the necessary HTML could be created from that. It'll take some coding, but that's how I'd do that.

The .hrf files are easily parsed text files, I'm actually working on a HAM type program now. I figure you could set up a simple perl script like MyBestTeam.tk does to update the info.
(Me being the conspiracy theorist I am. I just dislike uploading my .hrf with my raw player stats anywhere. Who knows when I'll play that person. Hence writing my own little util, just call me Al Davis.) |

I think its a great idea myself
I wouldn't have the time or talent to create and design such a website myself, but I would be more than happy to keep my team updated on it ![]() |

Well, that's more work than I'm willing to sign up for at this time, but kudos to anyone else that does. I'm not sure if I'd be willing to keep my team up to date, though.
