Question - I bought a new computer

Is there any way for me to use the same game that I had on my other computer or do I need to redownload the game and pay for a new license? Thanks in advance for your help.

Unlicense on the old computer (browse to the FOF directory, right-click on the executable, and its under the elicense entry) to free up a license, then you'll be able to install on the new one just fine.

You get 2 active licenses at once. Perfect for home and office computers...

Thanks. The licensing servers must be down right now because I keep getting an error "Unlicense pending failed with error code - 10. Connect failed: error-6."

I verified that my internet connection is working so it's not that.

It could also be your firewall. Check the FAQ (http://www.elicense.com/faq.html) as they address common connection issues.
