Is there a way to tone down the 2-min drill

Is there a way to direct the playcalling on the 2-min drill a little better.

Too often I will have a situation where we are down by 3 or less; get the ball on our own 35 to 50 with something like 1:45 on the clock; with a couple TOs left.

Instead of trying to be methodical, all of the sudden the QB becomes the Mad bomber and we go 4 and out.

A bit frustrating to say the least.

I have adjusted all the adjustment options to keep me from being so pass heavy when behind. But it seems like in the last 2-min all this goes out the window.

Yeah, the 2 minute drill still seems wacky. My team (when leading) like to run the ball so much during the 2 minute drill, that we always seem to be trying to kick a 58yd field goal as time runs out.

If we're losing, yeah, its 4 "bombs" in a row, and done. No intermediate passing, etc.

Also, my last MP game, my team kicked a field goal on 1ST AND GOAL AT THE 1 with 28 seconds left.

My worst one was a game where I was two points down and had just received the kickoff. I managed to drive methodically to midfield, leaving about one minute on the clock, but no timeouts left. MY QB threw a 12 yard completion for a first down, spiked the ball and then we attempted a 55 yard field goal with 51 seconds remaining.

I really, really didn't understand that one.
