Veery happy you liked it. I mean, I was almost sure about that (did some easy research...), what I wasn't sure was the fact that you possibly could already have it. Well, have fun!

It takes a little getting used to but it's a blast with the family (mostly just the wife and I as the kids are still a little young to get the knack but they enjoy knocking the stack down ).

That would be me. I hope you like it.

It was a toss up between steaks or the booze. I wanted to go with something different. I know not everyon'e a drinker, but considering your name, I went out on a limb.

Doh! That's actually excellent thinking. Except that I don't drink beer . However, I really do like this gift and am going to share with a couple of my friends and then keep the bottles since they're pretty neat.

I received a package today, and I can only assume that it's Render's gift. It's a miniature figurine of a knight riding a griffon, and if you really did the paintwork on it, Ren, excellent job! Very, very detailed and it looks very nice. Now I just have to find a place to display it where the cats can't get to it...

Would have put money down that Ren had my name.

Indeed! Its a metal model kit from Games Workshop. I had to build it first, which is what delayed me a bit. The parts didn't mesh well at first so I did some epoxy work to smooth out some creases.

It should be quite solid, just being tipped over shouldn't damage it. I finished it off with multiple coats of clear sealer so the paint should be safe! Though if it falls from a height it'll probably be so much metal mash =)

I do apologize for not labeling it, I was worried about etting it out in time and I forgot to put my name on it!!

Merry Xmas Jeeber!

Dammit! I should have known....always choose steak. Of course with my luck, you'd then end up being a vegan.

I'm glad you like it anyway. Merry Christmas.

I've had a long line of bad presents, and amazingly they have either come from my mother-in-law or my own mother. For years my own mother sent me the same scented soap on a rope (which I never used) and a Swiss Army pocket knife (which I did use). Then after I got married my mother-in-law really got weird. We received a box loaded with a pad of green felt and a strand of copper wire. For the longest time we were at a total loss on what this was or meant. Eventually we just asked her and supposedly this was a kit for working jigsaw puzzles. And this year my own mother has failed to send us (my two young sons included) so much as a card. Yay Mom!

Just received my gift. It's a total chick gift, so of course it's perfect.

My Secret Santa gave me a Bare Minerals starter kit. That's make up for all you single guys. I use the stuff and I love it. The skin tone is perfect - I am a redhead after all. Thank you so much!

Oh, and I think my Secret Santa is Dennis - the package came from Utah. Thanks Dennis!

That BE stuff ROCKS! I love the glow stuff - looks really dark in the container but makes an awesome blush
