The Official NFL Playoffs Thread
Didn't see one started yet.
Just saw on ESPN News, Max Starks out for the playoffs. He was already starting for Marvel Smith, who had back surgery before week 16. So I guess Trai Essex is starting now. Anyone have a phone number for Barrett Brooks?

Ugh. I didn't realize Kirschke was still on the team either, and as the starter no less.

Yeah...i thought for sure he, and another Cowher favorite, Clint Kriewaldt, would be gone.
How they aren't at least trying Chris Hoke at RE with Smith out is beyond me. Kirschke is terrible. Every big run being broken is to his side.

Looking forward to catching the Saturday wildcard games this weekend (which are played on Sunday morning through afternoon Sydney time). I prefer the Sunday matchups, but alas, that's Monday over here.
I'm thinking Pittsburgh, San Diego, Seattle, and the Giants all make it through to the next round, but none of it matters as Dallas and Green Bay battle it out for the honour of losing to the Patriots in the superbowl . |

Seems as good a place as any to post this, I'm amazed I have "NFL News."
