Ahh! Crazy stats (not in a good way)

I just finished my 2023 season and thought I'd check to see if Vince Young's records were kept intact (he was AWESOME for me). This is what I found:

PLEASE tell me I can fix this somehow. If I can't fix this, there's no reason for me to continue in this universe, as records and numbers are part of what I find so intriguing about this game.

Can anyone help me out?

On a side note, I love how Dolphin Yeater had a 118.8 QB rating AND found the time to kick 302,505 field goals and set the all-time record for 100-yards receiving all in the same year.

Wow. I've never seen anything like that. I would suggest sending that pic to support @ solecismic . com

He's so good that he had more completions than attempts.

Kooistra must be pretty tough to take all those sacks, especially since many of them came courtesy of fellow QB Dolphin Yeater.

Kooistra isnt that good. He only averaged a little over a yard a carry.

He had his limitations, no doubt, but Cal Ripken Jr can eat his heart out...this guy is a true Iron Man!

Please post Kooistra's player card. I'd love to see his breakout of seasons.

His yards per carry are misleading because Dolphin Yeater stuck him for a couple 100,000 yard losses.

What's weird is, Dolphin Yeater was only credited for 1.1002297482686236591130725111982 points per made field goal. Unless he also scored some extra points. In which case, he's getting, like, a point or less more a made field goal? I'd file a grievance if I were him. And I'd also change my first name.

Serious note... are the stats wrong on the player cards as well, or just the record book?

I'm guessing the record book is what is corrupted here. Check the career leaders, too.

Well, it seems to be universe-wide. Here's the player card for Dolphin Yeater, a talented RDE that managed to take over every position on the team. Here's his career stats:

Here's the career passing stats in the universe:

The curious thing is that there are only 4 trouble-makers and each entered the season in 2021. I've emailed the original screenshot to Solecismic and directed him to this thread, so we'll see if we can get some insight.

I'm still amazed the Dolphin Yeater threw -47,901 in the postseason and completed 117.7 percent of his passes throughout his career. Now THAT is being careful with the ball.

Sorry to say, but I have seen this once in my single player careers. IIRC, it was many more years into the league, but everything was pretty much lost, and the league became pretty instable to run. Definitely not something typical though.

I think the database was corrupted with laughter when the game generated the name Dolphin Yeater.
