BACK-UP CD for FOF 2007?

I looked how you would by is and it said you can get a Back-Up CD for $10.

So what is it?

I'm pretty sure it's just an installation disk. Maybe for people with extremely slow internet connections that don't want to have to download the game again? I don't really know why anyone would get it though.

I Brought The Game I did not get the Back-Up CD But I am Putting the Info for it on a DVD

Considering you can download the game any time, I'm not sure what the purpose of a DVD or backup CD is. I didn't even know that was an option.
