What is the answer to this damn thing?

The correct version of this ridde is:

not the solution, but he's something:
aggry, a glass bead found buried in the earth in Ghana. puggry, a light scarf wound around a hat or helmet to protect the head from the sun, and meagry, of meager appearance |

Over on the rec.puzzles usenet group, this one inspired the coined word "FAQgry" - as the "answer" to this well-worn and ill-repeated is item #1 in the FAQ.
