Draft Grades

Is there a fast way to put Grades and Adjusted Grades for an entire draft class into a csv file?

Extractor doesn't seem to capture this information because it doesn't show up on the Player Report.

I need the grades for sorting, not for making draft picks.

The only reason I want it is for the draft utility. I want GMs to be able to sort by position or by grade as they're building their preference lists.

You can copy the draft preview page from the FOF-generated html and paste into Excel. Strip out the columns you don't need and save as a csv file, if you want to import it to your database, for example.

My mistake... I thought you were referring to the letter grades that the game awards each team after the draft. That hopefully explains my shock and amazement that anyone got any utility out of those.

No worries Quiksand. If you didn't know why I wanted the players' grades and adjusted grades, I could see why it would come across as an odd request.

Hi!
I would please need some help to better understand these player grades, i.e. if it is possible to derive from the player grade on the draft screen what scout estimate the player has post-draft. (E.g. 6.7 will be 67)

I cannot find a way to get a scout estimate (however useful it may be) before actually the player is drafted.
Why would I know the scout estimate after the draft and not during the draft?
Or is me not finding the info?

Thanks for your help!

There is quite a lot of discussion here about drafting, the use of "bars" versus combines, and so on. You're not missing anything - you cannot get the "scouted rating" until after the player appears on your roster. But drafting in this game is a fairly subtle exercise, and there will be a learning curve. Look around (maybe a search in this sub-forum on words like "combines" would) and start soaking up what you can. I wouldn't say it's settled exactly how to do things, but there are a lot of guides here that should prove helpful.
