Red Flag

So how important is a Red Flag for character? Does it disrupt team chemistry or something?

I apologize if this has already been discussed in detail, but my forum search was unfruitful.

The most info I've heard is that a Red Flag guy will magnify the effects of bad chemistry. It's one of those hard things to judge and/or test.

I've never noticed a problem with them, but I've never had more than one on the roster at a time.

Well we're only 6 games into the season in the OSFL, but my running back(offensive rookie of the year, the previous year)and my star wide reciever(75/75)are both red flags. We're 5-1, so far..

holdouts, suspensions, & unrealistic contract demands- seem to be a common theme.

my red flag guy wants much jack to resign a 2nd contract with me. he has also performed very well so it could be a function of his performance. Im guessing a little of both. otherwise he has been fine. no holdouts over 4 yrs or so.

Maybe I'm just superstitious, but red flags and bad chemistry seem to me to also go with underachieving teams.
