Hiding the bars

1 Is it possible?

2 Would it add or detract from the gameplay?

I'd love to try it out if it possible..

You can make the bars all gray, but you'd have to avoid the numbers next to all the bars.

It's pretty easy to do with reshacker. But you can't get rid of the numbers, AFAIK. Which makes the process futile basically.
