WYSIWYG Editor?
Might be a dumb question, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to switch to the WYSIWYG editor?

User CP > Edit Options > all the way at the bottom, Miscellaneous Options, first drop down box

 If it the "Switch Editor Mode" button is highlighted as such, then you are in WYSIWYG mode.
