The Official FOOD RULES Thread
Tonight we cooked another recipe from Top Chef. This was a dish created by Howie in Season 3, called "Media Noche."
Basically it is pork tenderloin grilled and thrown onto a sandwich with ham, swiss cheese, mayo, dijon mustard, and diced pickles. Sandwich under construction:  Sandwich ready for consumption:  VERDICT: sooooo good. That reminds me, I still need to do the Chicken Fried Bacon. My cousin will be down this weekend, so maybe then will be the best time to whip up a batch.

I was catching up on this show via TiVo last night, and saw the episode where they had to improv...the prize was to have their recipe appear in the soon to be released Top Chef cookbook. I can't wait for that to come out, some of the stuff off past shows has been amazing looking!
