Playoff Scenario Tie Breaker

Alright,

I am trying to figure this out for my MP league.

If Lincoln was to lose to duluth (Which would be their 2nd loss) and San Diego were to win vs Tijuana, what would the tie break scenario look like.

Also, if Lincoln was to lose, and San Diego lose. What would the playoff scenario look like (San Diego has never played either team)

I am scratching my head with this one.

So Lincoln has already lost to Duluth before? If they go 0-2 against them then all tiebreakers would be in Duluth's favor. To figure out the AC West champ we'd need to know the result of the previous SD/TIJ game. If they split, then most current win by San Diego would give them a better division record and the tiebreaker.

In the 2nd scenario San Diego would be the wildcard team due to a better conference record.

Here is a list of the tiebreakers that should be in place in FOF -- http://www.nfl.com/standings/tiebreakingprocedures

Duluth is 0-5 in division. I believe that Lincoln has clinched a playoff birth already.

A lincoln loss makes them 1-1 with duluth.

tiebreaker 2
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.

goes to Lincoln, putting them in the playoffs.

Ties always get broken at the divisional level for WC, so if 3 teams were 9-7, you'd break the tie in the AC North first. Set up Lincoln vs Orlando for the 5 seed first. And I think(But am not positive) that you'd go back then and do Duluth vs Orlando if Lincoln was the #5 seed.

Excellent information all.

But more importantly, is it possible for anyone to eclipse the sheer might that is the Worcester Park Pikeys steamrolling to the Superbowl?
