Hattrick: Should I fire my coach?
He's only been w/ the team for 2 league games...we've won both by a combined 12-0.
Help me decide: Darryl Isaacs (8748799) 33 years, wretched form, healthy A poor coach who goes all out A pleasant guy who is balanced and righteous. Has inadequate experience and passable leadership abilities |

I'd say so. You pretty much want a passable+ coach (inadequate would acceptable if you're trying to avoid going deeply into debt), assuming you can afford it. Unless, of course, you are terrible and icky like sterlingice and you get a solid coach on your 3rd try.
We don't like him a whole lot. Or Coffee Warlord. ![]() |

The coach has a lot more to do with how quickly players develop and not as much to do with match outcomes (barring one of those types that goes into a shell all the time). It takes a while to see this in action, though.
