IMPORTANT POLL: What skin do you use?

It may sound trivial, but I noticed yesterday that the configurations of our skins really need to be pruned and updated. We have a few that are probably completed unused, too. There really needs to be a time-consuming reconfiguration of how they're set up, with some just going away for good.

Day at the Office is all I use.. since 80% of my viewing this board comes at work.

If I could figure out a way to make FBCB look like a spreadsheet, my work day would be complete.

Lets hear it for Habitae! Honestly, I just chose it one day and never changed back, and now when I try a different one the site just doesn't look right. I think I've had this skin since the first day skins became available.

I am not sure how A Day At The Office is running #2 right now, I just changed to it and it's horrible.

Maybe it grows on you....

I was cool with this habitue skin I am trying out until I saw what a poll looked like. That is crap. I may try it out for a while though, I like some of it.

Flush can be flushed, I don't think my daughter is signing up on FOFC any time soon.

i like the font from spud. the colour for it, however, is frightful. the little potato icons are cute.

most of the themes are too damn bright for me. the sideline green has the right dark-vs-light for my eyeball to not hurt. as much. plus, nostalgia is quite, er, nostalgic.

how come some of the themes (specifically sideline green and a couple of others) have a broken "Multi-Quote" icon (it is text instead)? can we get a little sideline love?

No matter how many times I select anything but Sideline Green in the CP, it always defaults to SG no matter how many times I change it. Can this be fixed?

Sideline Green is meant to mimic the original style of the board when it was The Sideline. (1999 - Oct. 2000) Yellow is meant to mimic the only style we had when we became FOFC, but used ubb. (Oct. 2000 - Jan. 2003) We purchased vbulletin in January 2003, and skins came shortly thereafter.

I'm looking into that issue later today, too. We added some metering stuff to the forum footers. I'm wondering if something happened there...

I don't think it looks good, that is not the reason it is used. It is the one that looks least like you are forum surfing all day while at the office from further away

What's the difference between vb classic and vb3? I don't see vb classic as an option for me.

Anyway, I use sideline green at home, and vb3 at work -- i used to use day at the office, but the white is too bright, and IMO it's still obvious your surfin the web -- vb3 looks like a professional forum I go on, so I figure if people see it, they'll think I'm on that instead.

I voted yellow b/c that is what I had, but after checking out the others, I'm liking the OSX skin...if the colors on the spud skin were better I'd be using that one, those little guys are cute!!!!

Holy hell, how do you people even READ the sideline green version? it hurts the eyes.

The OSX one is decent but the rest are either too fugly and weird or just too much contrast and makes it hard to read.

Yewllow is the only real option here if yer not siting at your desk at work =)
