Any Vista issues

Have a new PC, it has Vista, ran the setup exe from the reference page and it does not load. Anyone know of any setup issues loading the game for the first time?

Short version is this: Vista is the cause of quite a few issues, but so far, everything that has come up has been covered in that thread. I don't have Vista myself, so someone else will have to help you with the details if that thread doesn't hook you up.

I have no problems running FOF on Vista. You have to run it the first time as an administrator.

I do have issues exporting in MP from Vista. Still haven't figured out what is causing it, but it generally results in my export being corrupted.

I've had no issues with Vista. The only thing I had to do after installing was select the 'show unknown extensions' in the file properties.

The only issue I had was the permissions thing. Other than that, FOF has been running fine on Vista for seven months now...
