E-Licence Help

O.K I sent in a support form to get my order number for FOF 2007, which I lost when I did a major hardware upgrade to my PC and recieved the following message: Thank you for your e-mail. A new ticket has been created.
Please use this ticket number [TN#: 2008080910000927] in the subject for all your replies. What do I need to do now?
