I don't care if that's how you have to game the program. Tune down "hurry up" to avoid your team from throwing 50-yard bombs four straight times, in order to have the alternative be to not go for it WHEN YOU NEED TO GO FOR IT. Asinine.

All agreed, either a patch or a new version to address this is long overdue - I highlighted this to Solecismic ages ago.

Oh....I agree with that wholeheartedly ( that there's a 100% correct call there). I wonder how difficult it is to determine (programatically) when you're in one of those 100% correct situations without overriding someone's game plan when they don't want it overridden--which of course would cause even greater consternation.

We went for a FG when we could of knelt to run out the clock in the NAFL playoffs just recently. We missed a long one. They complete a pass and kick a FG to put the game into OT. We won luckily.
