TCY Induce Transfer

Did anyone ever have some success with a transfer in TCY? No matter if I'm a small school or a big school I simply cannot get any player on a transfer because they always refuse my offer.
Any recommendations?

Seems like a misunderstanding here. I'm having trouble getting guys on a inducted transfer from another school. I don't think there is a possibility to bribe them (if there is, please tell me how). This is not about recruiting.

Can't say I've ever messed with the transfers in TCY, though you've got me intrigued now.

I have landed the occasional player via transfer, but typically only early on in a career, as after the first couple of years I don't have any scholarships available. I remember one career as a S8 team I got a LB from the Big 10 who two years running led the country in tackles, sacks, and interceptions.

As far as I remember the only success I had was with players which were "disgruntled" or worse in their happyness.

Keep in mind that I haven't played this game in a century, but wasn't some sort of unhappyness a prerequisite to inducing a guy?
