Help with 3rd down play calling on defence

I need help before I pull my hair out entirely. In my second season with the Falcons, have two 60+ CB's and two 70+ S's yet on third down defense I just get constantly burnt. What is a good defensive set for third down plays (more specifically 3rd and between 7 - 15yds)? This is for a SP league btw.

only advice i can give you is lower the 3 deep and 4 deep % on passing defenses. it worked for me in mp. and of course getting to the qb always helps
