Computer Help (Make my Keyboard work)

I just had to do a Windows reinstall and now when I am surfing the web I can no longer use my keyboard to navigate. I want to be able to scroll up or down with the arrow keys or use the delete button to go back. I am using IE6 and windows 98SE.

Just a guess...You may have had some accessability options turned on in your previous Windows install. I think that they are off when you do a fresh install. Nose around acessability options in Control Panel and see if you can find anything that fits the bill.

Naw, those hotkeys should work fine after a clean install. Honestly, I'm baffled.
