PING: 21C, Groundhog, Mac Howard, Or Anyone Else In Australia
SWMBO has done a buttload of work putting together a photo book that she was planning on getting printed from an online service. She just finished and went to upload it, and it turns out that the company whose software she used only will deliver to Australia. What we're thinking here is that we'd have it delivered to one of y'all, and we'd pay the cost for you to FedEx it to us. Is this feasible? What is the rough cost to FedEx a book from Australia to the U.S.?
Make me a real hero by solving this major problem for her. ![]()

Bump, almost four years later.
My wife is doing photo books for Christmas right now and we are giggling about this. I never posted the resolution here, I guess, but we resolve it through FOFC folks. We got the address of someone on here, had it delivered to his home in Australia, and paid him postage to ship it to our home. And the person wasn't Groundhog. I think we actually got it solved even faster than the 48 minutes between my post and his. Pretty funny stuff, and a great recovery. ![]()
